Equipment Introduction
This rotary tilting tube furnace features a sealless design, allowing gases to flow freely in and out of the furnace. This ensures sufficient gas exchange for experiments or production processes that require the continuous introduction of large quantities of reactant gases and the exhaust of exhaust gases, providing a favorable atmosphere for the reaction and improving reaction efficiency. For example, in material calcination experiments that require rapid replenishment of oxygen or other reactant gases, the sealless design ensures a timely gas supply, preventing material properties from being affected by insufficient gas.
Applications
This atmosphere rotary furnace utilizes silicon-carbon rod heating, a 30-stage programmable temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control. The furnace chamber is constructed of alumina polycrystalline fiber for a balanced temperature field, and a double-layer furnace shell with an air cooling system enables rapid temperature rise and fall. This equipment is specifically designed for laboratory calcination and drying of battery positive and negative electrode materials, non-strongly acidic or alkaline powder materials, and granular materials. Users can choose to fire under vacuum or under a protective atmosphere, depending on the material being calcined.
